Our Story

Mijo's is the actual acronym from our first names of our family,Marcus, Iani, Jennifer Ojeda. Owning a business was always a dream and Mijo's was born on June 2019. We know we wanted to be different in the market and wanted to create unique fun dishes to set us apart. We take brisket and blend it with Mexican items that help create heart warming flavored food.

We began with small catering for friends and family which led us into the food truck. As business began to grow, we have now added 2 personalized teams for full service catering along with food truck events. We cannot thank the community and surrounding cities who continue to support Mijo's. We pray for each of you and God bless.
